Do you drive a plug-in vehicle today?

Are you willing to spend up to 20 minutes a day for a week (March 18-24, 2019) to participate in an online focus group related to use of away-from-home charging use?

If yes, please read on (deadline to apply is noon Thursday March 14th) .

Hydro Ottawa Limited is looking to get a better sense of how real electric vehicle, including plug-in hybrid and extended range, drivers currently use public charging stations (DCFC / Level 3 and J1772 / Level 2), and how they would like to use them in future. Management of the focus group and reporting will be done by an independent organization – Algonquin College Market Research and Business Intelligence students.

Hydro Ottawa is seeking up to 24 participants, with up to 12 based in the Ottawa area and 12 based in Canada, who are regular drivers of plug-in vehicles and have used a public charging station at least once.

The information you supply could help steer development of EV charging and access technology to improve infrastructure and help accelerate adoption of plug-in vehicles. As an additional participation incentive, Hydro Ottawa is prepared to pay $100 to each individual who completes the online focus group process. The group running the focus group will select participants from the pool of applicants.
