Hello {Contact_First_Name},

EV Society Chapters around the province have been extremely active in recent months! (Read all about it below…)  We continue to engage with local communities to broaden the awareness of electric vehicles.  EV Society is also quickly becoming a trusted advisor to industry, and recently supported Petro-Canada across the country by engaging members to test new DCFC stations prior to going live to the public.

While our members and Chapter leaders continue to spread EV awareness, the EV Society Board is looking to better support all of you.  We've launched new committees which will identify ways in which we can improve our effectiveness and value.  Remember, EV Society exists because of YOU!  If you have suggestions or things you'd like to see, please let us know.

Now that the federal election is finally behind us, EV Society will continue to explore ways we can work with governments at all levels to support policies which will encourage EV adoption and support EV owners.

As always, thank you for your continued support of EV Society and for helping us to grow stronger and more relevant with each day.

Petro-Canada has been making a big push for their recently launched and quickly growing charging network. Their new ad has been playing on prime-time TV - check it out if you haven't already.

EV Society has also been assisting Petro-Canada in testing stations as they become available to ensure any issues are worked out before official opening dates. Keep an eye out on our social media for any testing dates near you!

Another great example of how EV Society chapters are working hard to spread awareness of EVs in their local communities!

EV Drive-In Movie

Is there a better way to enjoy a drive-in movie than with an EV? How about an entire lot full of EVs? The Tesla Owners Club invited all EV owners to attend a drive-in movie in Oakville in September and they clearly had a great turnout!

They support the eMERGE EV Show in Guelph, and toured West 5 in London, the most sustainable new housing development in Ontario. Find out more on their Facebook page!
