Annual Report

The EVS Annual Report Committee is hard at work preparing the 2020 edition which will be published in early March. The Committee is looking for stories about the things that you, your chapter or your organization did in 2020 toward our collective goal to further the cause of electric transportation in Canada. The pandemic posed unique and challenging opportunities for all of us to find different avenues to reach our goals. That’s not always a good thing, but we know that good things happened in spite of, and sometimes because of the issues we faced.

Do you have a story you would like to share? Tell us about it! If you don’t feel like writing it yourself, just send us the details, and we’ll do the rest!

A Hot Tip for EVs

There has been a lot of talk about the “tipping point” for EV sales. How soon will the car market shift? What needs to be done to make that happen?. EVS member Laszlo Szabo recalled an article from last August that addresses that issue directly. Even if you’ve seen it, it’s certainly worth reading again. Here’s the link. Thanks, Laszlo!
